Robert Lee Cleveland was born in Waurika, Oklahoma on January 4, 1945 to Grover Lee and Bessie(Matthews) Cleveland. He passed from this life Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the age of 80. He served his country in the United States Army. Robert was a pipe insulator for Key Insulation in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Waurika. She and Charles Allan Waldroup were married in Wichita Falls, Texas in August 2004. She was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist Church.
