He is survived by his wife of the home, his father and stepmother Helen and Silvestre Flores Sr., stepchildren - Windell Scott Hopkins, Sheila Hopkins Cain, William Louis Fowler Jr., Charlie Henry Fowler, and John Alton Fowler and 10 siblings.
Graveside service for Mr. Flores will be Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 11:30AM at Faxon Cemetery in Faxon, Oklahoma with Ricky Phillips officiating. Services under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Ryan.
