Ronald F Roberson

"Ronnie" was born February 28, 1948 in Los Angeles California to Ray and Antonia Madero Roberson. He passed away peacefully on June 16, 2024, at the age of 76. He graduated from Paramount High School in California in 1966. After graduation, he served our country, enlisting in the Army in 1968 during the Vietnam War. Later on, He worked at D-K Metal in Waurika for 25+ years and thought of them as family. He was a proud veteran. His hobbies included reading music, playing guitar & the piano. He enjoyed any opportunity to dance and sing. He could be remembered as an all around entertainer. He also loved to watch baseball.

Through the last years of his life he was a resident of the Waurika Nursing home, where he helped anywhere they needed him, and might possibly have been known as a ladies man. He was well loved there and we thank them for their care. He was preceded in death by his parents and his oldest son Ronnie Roberson Jr. and his daughter Rebecca Roberson. Pops is survived by his sons- Michael Roberson of California and William Roberson of California, and Daniel Roberson and wife Jodi of Duncan Oklahoma, His daughters - Penny Anguiano and Denise Acosta both of California. His brothers Ray Roberson and wife LaWanda of California, His Twin brother Donnie Roberson of Arizona, And Bilko Roberson of Waurika Oklahoma, Grandpa Ronnie is also survived by several grandchildren and great children that he loved dearly. And also several nephews , nieces and cousins, and friends that were like family to him, that he loved dearly too.

We love you Ronnie and you be will missed by so many. One thing he was known for saying is I love you more when you were leaving. We love you more Ronnie.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 22, 2023 fr 9:30-10:30 AM at Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika.
