Linda Lou Cash

Linda Lou Cash Born December 18th, 1940, in Ryan Oklahoma to Marvin and Barbara Cash. She passed from this life on Thursday, September 21st, 2023, in her home of 44 years. She was proceeded in death by her father Marvin, her mother Barbara and her brother Newton. Linda grew up in Ryan Oklahoma, where she graduated High School in 1959.

I remember her telling me stories of riding her horse to school and how she loved the good ole days. Linda moved to Oklahoma City and went to work for Standard Life Insurance Company from 1961 – 1997 when the company moved to Texas, she remained in Oklahoma City and went to work for First Fidelity Bank for a short time before going to work for Southerland and Associates from 1999 to 2009 where she retired to enjoy her life. Linda loved her plants and flowers; every year she would say “I’m not going to buy as many plants next year”, but she did. She was a kind, loving person that had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone but was a very private person so if she let you in then you became her family. She had a love for small dogs as long as they were someone else’s and fell in love with Teddy a sweet little Shih Tzu that would meet her at her back door for loving and pets every chance he got.

She is survived by a Cousin Regina Jones of Ryan Oklahoma, Cousin Sean and wife Ashley Lewis also of Ryan Oklahoma. Linda had two very dear friends, Ollie and Carol Ann that worked with her for years at Standard Life. She will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 29th, 2023, 2:30pm at Ryan Cemetery under direction of Dudley Funeral Home Ryan Oklahoma.
