Harold Ray Martin was born on Sept. 17, 1943 to Ray and Alice "Murrell" Martin in Ryan, Oklahoma. He passed from this life on Oct. 23, 2025 at the age of 82 in Duncan, Oklahoma.
On July 6, 2025, Harold gave his life to Christ and was born again in baptism. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones, but they are rejoicing knowing he's with our Lord and no longer in pain.

Harold's home and life was in Terral, Oklahoma. He graduated from Terral High School in 1961. He married his loving wife Mildred Ann "Midge" Spoon on Sept. 16, 1961. They were blessed with four children: Jeffrey Alan, Kevin Ray, Stephanie Ann and Robin LeAnn. Harold spent his life farming wheat, watermelons and cantaloupes, raising cattle, and driving trucks, most recently for Diamond Home.

Harold loved spending time with his family. He followed his children and grandchildren many miles to ballgames, 4-H and FFA events, celebrations and graduations. Anywhere they were, he was there too. One of his favorite pastimes was to spend time on the Red River with his family, roasting a hotdog and enjoying everyone's company. He loved music and always had a song playing around the house. He always showed up for others.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two of his children, Jeffrey and Stephanie, brother Glen, sister-in-law Helen, and his father and mother-in-law JD and Oleta Spoon.
He leaves behind: his son Kevin and wife Heather Martin of Terral, daughter Robin and husband Craig Mock of Duncan, daughter-in-law Anita and husband Mike Petit of Ryan, son-in-law Billy Coskrey of Duncan, his grandchildren Dillon and Rachelle Martin, Alana and Seth Miranda, Mason Martin, Jeffrey Daniel "JD" and Malia Martin, Ethan Coskrey, Nolan Coskrey, Gavin Mock, eight great- grandchildren, his sisters Glenna Gore and Beverly Blevins, sisters-in-law Pat Langford and Kay Martin, and many other deeply loved family members and friends.
