Guadalupe C Rodriguez

Guadalupe C. Rodriguez was born March 23, 1933 in Hamilton, Texas to Aurelio and Guadalupe Macumba Compoz. She passed from this life Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Meridian Nursing Home at the age of 91. She and Florentino Rodriguez were married May 25, 1947 in Lampasas, Texas. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing and gardening and enjoyed taking care of her flowers. She was a member of San Jose Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband - Florentino, 4 children - Santos Rodriguez, Lionila Martinez, Florentino Rodriguez Jr., and Rudolph Rodriguez. She was also preceded in death by 6 grandchildren. She is survived by her children Mary Villarreal, Elida Vasquez, Johnny Rodriguez, Tony Rodriguez, and Lucy O'Campo, 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral mass will be Saturday, June 22, 2023 at 11:00AM at the Assumption Catholic Church in Duncan. Interment will be in the Waurika Cemetery at 1:00PM. Visitation will be Friday, June 21st from 4-8PM with Rosary being held from 7-8PM at Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika.
