Doris Ozella Martin, age 86, a lifelong resident of Terral, peacefully passed away late Saturday evening, April 22, 2023 at her home. A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, April 27th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Terral Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow at Terral Cemetery, under the direction of Terral Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesdy, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00-6:00.

Doris was born January 6, 1937 in Terral, to Demsey and Delma (Lock) Bussey. She loved to cook, sew, clean, and go to garage sales. She loved collecting any sort of chickens.

She is survived by her two sons: Brent Martin and wife Janice and Chad Martin; one brother: David Bussey, and one sister: Linda Kumar. Also, nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Weldon Martin, two daughters - Brenda Booher and Sonya Machacell, daughter in law - Georgia Martin and a brother - Clinton Bussey.
