Phil was born January 31, 1958 to parents Hugh Alexander Jr and Doris Ledbetter. He was a graduate of John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City. During retirement he developed a wide range of hobbies including daily Bible readings and devotions with Pastor Greg Laurie, raising a variety of house plants, taking care of several companion dogs over the years, and collecting autographs.
Phil was preceded in death by his parents H.A. and Doris Ledbetter, and brother Stanley Scott Ledbetter.
Survivors include his wife Deborah of the home in Willow Park, Texas; daughter Kathryn D'shana (Kate) and husband Cody Allen, Moore, Oklahoma, grandsons Blake and Austin Smith of Pensacola, Florida, son Aaron Ledbetter and his wife Natasha and granddaughter Logan Ledbetter, of Gilroy, California.
