Linda Helen (Gray) Hayden

Linda Helen Hayden, of Duncan, peacefully passed away on Monday afternoon, June 29, 2026 at Duncan Regional Hospital. She was 77 years old. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at Comanche First Baptist Church, with Dr. Mark Hall officiating, under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Duncan City Cemetery.

Linda was born May 10, 1949 in Duncan, to Otha Dennis andVera (Brown)Gray. She attended school in Duncan. She and Brian (Ron) Hayden were united in marriage on Aprl 24, 1968. He preceded her in death in 2012. Linda was an excellent cook. She also enjoyed playing the piano. More than anything else, Linda loved her grandchildren. She loved the opportunity to spend time with them.

Survivors include her two children: Stephen Hayden and wife Kyan, of New Mexico; and Heather Dixon and husband Jeff, of Illinois; three grandchildren: Stevie Lin Hayden, Ben Dixon and Josh Dixon; two brothers: Dennis Gray, and Robert "Bob" Gray and wife Sandy; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a sister in law, LaWanda Gray.
