Cara Dianne Chitwood

Cara Dianne Chitwood was born November 30, 1983 in Duncan, Oklahoma to LaCrecia June Muncrief and Wendell Alan Chitwood. She was received by her eternal savior Friday, June 6, 2025 at the age of 41.She was a 2001 graduate of Waurika High School. She worked in retail sales. Her true love was caring for animals both big and small. She was a busybody who loved to work in the yard and also attending and watching sporting events. She was a sports enthusiast. She loved reading her Bible and attending church.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and uncle John Brett Muncrief.

She is survived by her father - Wendell Chitwood, her mother LaCrecia Muncrief and Wayne, Her sisters Chapel Deaton and husband Reg and Sage Killen and husband John, her nieces and nephews - Skylar, Ty, Blaze, BellaLyn, Stellen, and Ripley. She is also survived by a host of family and friends.

Graveside service for Cara will be Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 10:00AM at Addington Cemetery with Bubba Clark officiating. Family will receive visitors from 4-6PM on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. Memorials may be made to Katy's Dog Place in Petrolia, TX.
