Elida "Lily" Barrett

Elida "Lily" Barrett was born July 29, 1959 in Uvalde, Texas to Pedro and Julia Ruiz Alvarado. She passed from this life Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 64. Lily and Butch Barrett were married March 12, 1998 in Henrietta, Texas. She worked as a cashier for many years at Stick's Super Stop in Ryan. She also enjoyed crafting and going to the casino. She is survived by her husband Butch Barrett of the home, children - Mark Cook and wife Jene, Monica Weatherly and husband David, Chuck Barrett and wife Priscilla, Kelly Pritchett and husband John, Grandchildren - Colton, Cooper, Austin, Corban, Raegan, Stella, Blythe and husband Duane, Payton and wife Hannah Ben and wife Hannah , Calvin, Bailey and husband Timothy, Christopher and wife Veronica, Stacey and husband Preston, Kurstin and husband Cory Great grandchildren - Everly, Emerson, Emma, Carter, Cason, Magnolia, Gabriella, Isabelle, Abram, Yvette, Aubrey, Scarlett, Breydon, Colton, Kale, and Mia. Siblings - Andrew, Gilbert, David, Julie, and Becky Lily was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings - Parents Pete and Julia, and sister Lenora. Celebration of her life will be Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 10AM-2PM at the Ryan Senior Citizen Center with Timothy Kirk officiating.In lieu of flowers please send memorials to the Ryan United Methodist Church.
