Wanda Lou Long

Wanda Lou Long was born March 19, 1930 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Jack and Daisy (Cook) Fuller. She was one of 11 children. Lou passed peacefully from this life in her home surrounded by those who loved her on December 9, 2023 at the age of 93.

Lou and Victory Vale Long were married November 28, 1967 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Lou worked in restaurants all of her life and was owner and operator of Lou's Cafe. Lou is remembered by her family as the beloved matriarch who served many delicious meals that would always bring them together. Lou was known by her grandchildren as "Grandma Lou" and her great grandchildren as "Grammoo".

She attended the Ryan Church of Christ.

Lou was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Daisy Fuller, her husband Vic Long,daughter Louise Knight, sons - Sonny Dabbs and David Dabbs, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

She is survived by her daughters - Susie Brown and husband Sammy, JoAnn Knight, Sandy Knight and husband Roy, her son - Randy Vaden and wife Olga, 16 grandchildren, 33 grandchildren, and 39 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 11:00AM at the Ryan Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, December 11, 2023 from 1-6PM with family receiving visitors from 5-6PM at Dudley Funeral Home in Ryan.
